Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Adliya, Manama

Reports to: Group Business Manager

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. Aspiring Candidates should be creative, strategic, and have strong sales skills to promote our products/services and expand our customer base. Responsibilities include formulating marketing plans, generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and/or marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is a must.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Holding a certification in sales or marketing would be an advantage.
