Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in an educational environment? We are looking for a dedicated female admin/receptionist to join our preschool team!

Position: Administrative / Receptionist (Can speak Arabic, English & Hindi/ Urdu is preferable)

Our preschool is dedicated to nurturing young minds and providing a stimulating learning environment. As our administrative receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication within our preschool community.

Job Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
-Manage phone calls and correspondence promptly and professionally.
-Maintain accurate records and databases.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
-Support teachers and staff with administrative needs as required.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Can speak Arabic, English & Hindi/ Urdu is preferable.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Passion for working in an educational setting and supporting early childhood education.
