Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Engineer - Specialty Protective Coatings at Rapid Source Contracting WLL. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing specialty protective coatings projects. Your tasks will include coordinating with project managers, conducting site inspections, preparing cost estimates, overseeing the application of coatings, and ensuring quality control and compliance with specifications. This role is based in Bahrain.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Hands on Experience
• Proven experience in managing specialty protective coatings projects
• Strong knowledge of protective coatings materials, application techniques, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Valid driver's license
• Professional certifications in specialty protective coatings is a plus
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
