- Conduct watersports activities such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling
- Ensure the safety of guests participating in watersports activities
- Provide instruction and guidance to guests, ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Maintain and clean watersports equipment
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of watersports activities

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in watersports instruction or related field
- Certification in lifeguarding or relevant watersports certifications preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
