About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Sales Department. In this role, candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies specifically geared towards supporting our sales team and driving sales growth. Candidate will work closely with and in coordination with Branch Manager to understand complete requirement and develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
• Do market assessment and accordingly prepare marketing plan.
• Meeting with prospect clients and presenting the available services offered by Aspirion Global
• Generate leads or follow up on the leads provided by the team
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing, with a focus on lead generation and sales enablement.
• Create engaging and informative content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, infographic contents) that educates potential customers about our products and services.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other social media advertising.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports for stakeholders on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Manage all aspects of your workload independently, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Education qualification- Minimum 10+2, Graduate Preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing (a plus).
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content- added advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
