• Oversee the maintenance of the office buildings, ancillary buildings and staff accommodation buildings.
• Coordinate accommodation to temporary and visitors
• Coordinate and liaise with the vendors and maintenance companies for all repairs and maintenance related matters;
• Purchase new furniture and fittings (i.e. bed, cupboard, etc.) for any new staff staying at the staff accommodation;
• Coordinate with the drivers daily to ensure all staff & visitors are picked-up and dropped off to the offices.
• Coordinate vehicles maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor insurance coverage for new vehicles and renewal for existing one.
• Ensure that the best cleaning service is delivered to all areas in the office
• Maintain the office reception area as well as do the gardening in and around the offices regularly.
• Ensure that all refreshment supplies (i.e. coffee, tea, etc.) is stocked up at all times in the office.
• Coordinate and liaise with the supplier of Meals for the staff.
• Undertake such other tasks as and when required by the Manager of Human Resources & Administration.

Minimum Secondary School or Diploma Certificate in Office Administration.


• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• High integrity and the ability to work under pressure without supervision.
• Possess organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Must be a team player.
