Sales Executive

Company Overview:
Our company is a leader in the logistics industry, and we are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales across all lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
- Generate leads through customer visits or cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.
- Provide documented activity reports of sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements, and support carrier representatives with the coordination of transportation freight.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years In Freight Forwarding Land, Air and Sea
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Superior phone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
