Experience
• Proven 5 years experiences in sales & marketing roles, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and related products.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience with business-to-business sales, especially dealing with contractors, builders, and facilities managers.
Education and Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in HVAC systems maybe beneficial.
• Professional Sales or Marketing certifications.
Technical Skills
• Understanding of HVAC systems: Knowledge of different types of heating, cooling and ventilation systems, their components, and their applications.
• Familiarity with ductwork design and installation.
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Competence in using digital marketing tools, like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms.
Sales Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Negotiation and closing skills: Ability to effectively close deals and handle objections.
• Presentation skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Lead generation and prospecting: Skilled in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
Marketing Skills
• Marketing research: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Strategic planning: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct site visits as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License: Have a valid Saudi or GCC license which is necessary for travel to client sites and industry events.

Contract Period: 2 Years
Duty: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Accommodation: Free sharing accommodation
Transport: Free transport from accommodation to workplace only
Insurance: As per Bahrain Labour Law
Medical: Medical Insurance for private hospital
Air Ticket: Free return air ticket is provided by the employer after 2 Years contract
Annual Leave: Entitled to Annual Leave (30) days per complete year of service
