Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Collaborate closely with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.
Resolve any technical issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities and costs.
Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold project specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the Middle East.
Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Bahrain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid Bahraini driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
