Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for a Mechanical Technician. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment and systems in accordance with standard operating procedures. The technician will collaborate with a team to ensure that all parts of the mechanical system are working efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications


At least two years of experience in mechanical systems and maintenance
Experience in repairing mechanical components such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves
Experience in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all mechanical systems function in a safe and reliable manner
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Degree, diploma, or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
