Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of fresh juices and smoothies daily, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Select and source the freshest ingredients, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Create and innovate new juice recipes that align with guest preferences and seasonal availability.
- Interact with guests to take orders and provide recommendations, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Juice Maker or similar role in a hotel, restaurant, or juice bar.
- Strong knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and their health benefits.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of juicing equipment.
- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
