We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accommodation Supervisor to oversee and enhance our staff accommodation facilities.

Job Description:
The Staff Accommodation Supervisor will be responsible for the management and supervision of the staff accommodation facilities. This role ensures that all living areas are safe, clean, and conducive to a pleasant living experience for our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accommodation for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and secure.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate the allocation of accommodation to staff members and manage occupancy records.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from staff regarding their living conditions promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of staff accommodations.
- Supervise and support the housekeeping and maintenance teams assigned to the staff accommodations.
- Manage inventory of furnishings, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replacements and repairs as needed.
- Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new staff members regarding accommodation policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive living environment, promoting respect and cooperation among staff residents.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within staff accommodation or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ⁠Maintenance knowledge such as electrical and plumbing is required.
