Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms to promote our brand and services. This role involves content planning, creation, and distribution, ensuring consistency in voice and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop multimedia content including videos, graphics, and podcasts.
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for different channels.

2. Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.

3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Provide regular reports on content metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

6. Community Engagement:
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and social media analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
