Description

Roles, responsibilities, accountability, and authority:
• Conduct periodic checks of the vehicle mileage and ensure company vehicles are serviced in time.
• Ensure company vehicles are refueled as and when required and ensure delivery of petrol receipts/sadeem card
• Ensure company vehicles are clean inside and outside
• Obeying all traffic regulations.
• Purchase items for all departments and ensure delivery of item in proper condition to company departments as and when required.
• Ensure that all company staff are driven safely to their respective destinations.
• Ensure delivery and collection of written communication, documents and other items to/from contacts outside the company.
• Follow specified route/plan most efficient routes within the time schedule while maintain economical driving.
• Complete drivers log and submit report for approval in due time
• Loading and unloading delivery goods.
