Description

Key Responsibilities:

1- Regularly inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ductwork
2- Perform scheduled maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating HVAC components
3- Repair or replace malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including compressors, motors, and control systems
4- Ensure HVAC systems are operating within manufacturer specifications and meet applicable safety and environmental regulations
5- Monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, and air quality levels to maintain a comfortable and energy-efficient environment
6- Maintain detailed records of all HVAC maintenance and repair activities
7- Collaborate with external HVAC service providers for major repairs or replacements

Qualifications:

1- 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
2- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to effectively manage multiple projects
3- English language required
4- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to address HVAC emergencies
