Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and Drafting:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models of pumping systems using SolidWorks.
- Develop technical drawings and blueprints based on specifications.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.

2. Model Creation
- Generate complex models of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Ensure all models meet industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate representations.

3. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all designs and drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for production and quality assurance.

4. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Provide support during the manufacturing process, addressing any design-related issues.
- Assist in the coordination of design activities with other departments.

6. Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Track project progress and report to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- ITI, Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in drafting and designing using SolidWorks.
- Proven experience in creating models of pumping systems is highly desirable.

-Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration.
