Job Responsibilities:
1. Crane Operation:
- Operate truck-mounted cranes to lift, move, and position loads as required.
- Ensure safe and precise handling of loads, adhering to load charts and safety regulations.

2. Driving:
- Drive the truck to various job sites, ensuring timely and safe transportation of the crane and associated equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.

3. Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the crane and truck.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues to ensure timely repairs and minimal downtime.

4. Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensure safety of the surrounding area during crane operations.

5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including load details, hours of operation, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with site supervisors, riggers, and other team members to coordinate lifting operations.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth and efficient crane operations.

Qualifications and Experience:
-Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications for crane operation and heavy vehicle driving.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating truck-mounted cranes.
- Valid heavy vehicle driver's license and crane operator certification.

-Skills:
- Proficiency in operating truck-mounted cranes and heavy vehicles.
- Strong understanding of load charts, crane dynamics, and safe lifting practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and diagrams.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
