We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as Hostess .

Job Responsibilities:

1.Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
2.Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
3.Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
4.Communicate effectively with the rest of the staff to ensure smooth operation of the venue.
5.Assist in coordinating special events and promotions as needed.
6.Uphold the nightclub's standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hostess area.
7.Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8.Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

1.Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
4.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5.Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for nightlife and entertainment.
