We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team. As an MEP draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate technical drawings related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. If you have experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) and a passion for precision, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings:
Create technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on specifications and calculations.
Utilize computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) systems to prepare both rough sketches and detailed work.
Materials and Calculations:
Perform calculations related to materials and weight limitations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members.
Incorporate knowledge gained from colleagues into drawings.
Review and Redrafting:
Prepare, review, and redraft alongside the engineering team.
Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure final designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
Maintain impeccable attention to detail.
Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture (a degree from a technical college is also acceptable).
Proficiency in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
