**Job Title: Supervisor - Signage Advertisement**

**Job Summary:**
The Supervisor in the Signage Advertisement field is responsible for overseeing the production, installation, and maintenance of signage for various advertising campaigns. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, coordinating with clients, and maintaining project schedules. The Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure that all signage projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Management:**
- Supervise and lead a team of sign makers, installers, and maintenance staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative environment.

2. **Project Coordination:**
- Coordinate with the team to understand clients signage requirements and specifications.
- Develop project plans, timelines.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure that the signage meets client expectations.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition.

3. **Quality Control:**
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production and installation to ensure high standards.
- Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols during installation and maintenance activities.

4. **Client Relations:**
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any changes.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality signage solutions.

5. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate records of projects, including costs, timelines, and client feedback.
- Prepare reports on project performance and team productivity.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment, placing orders as needed.

6. **Technical Skills:**
- Understand and operate various signage production and installation equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest signage technologies and materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production or installation.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in the signage or advertising industry, with a strong background in production and installation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Technical proficiency with signage production equipment and software.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to signage installation.

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; , advertising, or a related field is a plus.


**Additional Requirements:**

- Physical ability to handle signage materials and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
