Najoom Al Thuraya is currently looking for candidates for the position of Office Receptionist in Bahrain.

Office Receptionist

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors
Managing security and telecommunications systems
Handling queries of customers via phone, email and general correspondence
Transferring calls as necessary
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
Preparing vouchers
Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
Coordinating internal and external events
Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers

Requirements
- Applicants should be located/ Residing at Bahrain.
- Proven 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service attitude
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks assigned.
- Female
