Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Receptionist located in Juffair. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling guest inquiries and requests. You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as managing reservations, coordinating with other hotel departments, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for guests.


Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using hotel management software
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Minimum two year work experience in hospitality sector.
Language skill in english and Arabic.
