Role Overview:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about customer relationship management and data analysis, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
- Enhance customer interaction and engagement
- Conduct segmentation of the customer base and implement remarketing strategies
- Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Familiarity with SalesForce, Zoho and/or MS Dynamics is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
