Company in Paints/Construction sector is looking for a qualified Production Officer:-

Responsibilities:-
> Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency & quality
> Coordinate with various departments to streamline production process
> Implement & monitor production schedules & workflows
> Ensure compliance with safety regulations & quality standards
> Manage & train production staff to maintain optimal performance
> Identify & resolve production issues promptly
> Maintain accurate production records & reports
> Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity

Candidate Profile:-
> Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
> At least 3 years of experience in paints or chemical production or manufacturing sector
> Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
> Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
> Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
