Description

The Role: Outdoor Sales

Our delicious products are at our core, but equally important is our cohesive team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for outdoor sales generation, customer service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in outdoor sales and customer service roles preferably in the F&B sector
Great negotiation skills
Customer service oriented
Admin experience
Flexibility for work responsibility
Own a car and have valid a Driving License
Good looking
Good command of English & Arabic

The Responsibilities:

Be the face of the brand by creating a long-lasting customer impression
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients daily
Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
Provide a cordial, full-service buying experience to customers
Address customer queries and maintains high customer retention quality
Have a good understanding of the stock availability in the warehouse to present accurate information to the customers
Prepare report requested from line manager
Covering the indoor sales personnel on their off days
