SOUS CHEF (INTERNATIONAL CUISINE)

-BSC in hotel management or diploma;
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Should have Computer skills
-Experience in 4* & above or similar
-Assist in planning and overseeing the preparation of menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Direct and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation.
-Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences.
-Coordinate with the Head Chef to manage employee schedules, breaks, and time-off requests
-Salary BD.500-550

CDP - INTERNATIONAL CUISINE

-BSC in hotel management or diploma;
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Computer skills
-Experience in 4* & above or similar
-Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the hotel
-Responsible to supervise DCDP& Commis in a professional manner
-Salary BD.300-375


CDP - JAPANESE CUISINE


-BSC in hotel management or diploma;
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Computer skills
-Experience in 4* & above or similar
- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, yakitori, etc
-Collaborate with the Head Chef or Sous Chef to create and update the Japanese menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients, regional specialties, and guest preferences.
-Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, such as Demi Chefs and Commis, in Japanese cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices.
-Salary BD. 300-375


DCDP (JAPANESE CUISINE)

-BSC in hotel management or diploma;
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Computer skills
-Experience in 4* & above or similar
-Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
-Support the Chef de Partie in executing the Japanese menu, following instructions and maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and appeal *Work closely with other kitchen staff and departments to coordinate food preparation and service, ensuring timely delivery of Japanese dishes and overall guest satisfaction

COMMIS I (JAPANESE CUISINE)

-BSC or Diploma in Hotel mgt
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in 4* & above hotels
-Assist in the preparation and assembly of ingredients for Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, yakitori, and various noodle and rice dishes.
-Support the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in executing the Japanese menu, performing tasks such as chopping vegetables, slicing fish, and marinating meats.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
-Salary BD. 180-220


SR. CDR/JR SOUS CHEF-PASTRY


-BSC or Diploma in Hotel mgt
-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in 4* & above hotels
-Take charge of pastry production, including baking, decorating, and dessert creation, following established recipes and techniques.
-Ensure that all pastry items meet high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
-Collaborate with the head chef or management to develop and update the pastry menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
-Salary BD. 400-450

DCDP (BAKERY)


-BSC or Diploma in Hotel mgt
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in 4* & above hotels
-Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior bakers to ensure consistency and quality in production
-Support the Senior Pastry/Bakery Chef in executing the bakery menu, including planning production schedules and coordinating with other kitchen staff.
-Salary BD.275-300

BUTCHER


-Substantial experience working as a Butcher in high-quality establishments, preferably including experience in upscale hotels or fine dining restaurants.
-Possession of relevant food safety certifications, such as Serve Safe Food Handler or Meat Handler certification, is essential to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Skillfully cut, trim, and portion various cuts of meat to meet the quality and presentation standards expected in a 4-star hotel dining establishment.
Ensure that meat products are prepared according to guest specifications and recipes provided by the culinary team..
-Follow food safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control of meat products.
-Salary BD.225-275


COMMIS I (INTERNATIONAL CUISINE)


-BSC or Diploma in Hotel mgt
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in 4* & above hotels
-Responsible to prepare a quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service as per Hotel operational standards. You will be also responsible for assisting CDP and Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean
-Salary BD. 150-175

-Indian , Nepal and Sri Lankan preferred
-Accommodation , Transportation and Duty time meals provided by the company
-Candidate must be in Bahrain
