Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media presence on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Develop and curate engaging social media content, including text posts, images, and videos
Schedule and publish social media posts using relevant tools
Monitor social media conversations and engage with followers and customers
Analyze social media data and track key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic)
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure all social media efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns (may be included depending on the company)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in social media marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and a passion for content creation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
