Requirements

1. Bid Management:
- Leading the bid process, including analyzing bid requirements, coordinating inputs from various departments, and ensuring timely submission.
- Developing bid strategies, identifying potential risks, and creating compelling proposals to win contracts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored bids that meet customer needs.
- Conducting bid evaluations, competitive analyses, and post-bid reviews to enhance future bidding strategies.

2. Contract Management:
- Managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and closeout.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Monitoring contract performance, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring all parties adhere to contract terms.
- Resolving contract disputes, discrepancies, and addressing any issues that may arise during the contract period.
- Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful contract execution.
- Implementing best practices in contract management, including risk mitigation strategies and compliance management.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in bid and contract management.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborating with sales, legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure alignment in bidding and contract execution processes.
- Serving as a liaison between the organization and clients/vendors to facilitate smooth communication and successful contract?outcomes.

Qualification required:

Degree in engineering / Business Administration or equivalent qualification

Experience required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the administration of contracts.

Demonstrable knowledge of contracting regulations, policies and practices in Saudi Arabia?&?Bahrain
