We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team. As an after sales technician your prime responsibility will be to provide technical support to our customers if any issues arise after sales and to ensure that the customers are satisfied with our products.

Qualification.
1. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, fixtures, and fittings.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills.
3. Good communication skills with ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
4. Physical Stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or climbing.
Job responsibilities
1. Investigate and resolve technical issues with Sanitary ware products reported by clients.
2. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers to resolve their issues promptly.
3. Perform repair or replace defective products as needed.
4. Maintain records of the complaints registered by the clients and the service done against the same.
