As an Automotive Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibility is to interact with customers and ensure their satisfaction during their vehicle repair and maintenance process. Here are the essential duties and qualifications:

Essential Duties:
Consult with Customers: Understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs.
Provide Accurate Pricing Estimates: Ensure customers receive accurate pricing estimates for services.
Coordinate Repair Services: Ensure that required repair and maintenance services are performed correctly and on time.
Communicate with Technicians: Coordinate with automotive technicians to ensure they understand repair needs and timelines.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.
1-2 years experience in customer service roles within the automotive industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes.
