We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cake Shop Manager to oversee all operations and drive the growth of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail or food service management. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, customer service, staff training, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily operations of the cake shop, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service.

- **Inventory and Supplies**: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and products.

- **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers.

- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue. Utilize social media and other marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

- **Financial Management**: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and analyze sales reports. Implement strategies to control costs and increase profitability.

- **Product Development**: Collaborate with the baking team to innovate and introduce new products that meet market trends and customer preferences.

- **Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet the shop’s quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, such as catering, events, and partnerships with other local businesses.


- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a bakery or similar environment.

- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.

- **Financial Acumen**: Understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- **Marketing Skills**: Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to drive business growth through creative strategies.
