HEAD CHEF/CHEF Required for a Reputed Restaurant.
*PosiƟon*: Head Chef
*Job DescripƟon*:
We are seeking an experienced and creaƟve Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our presƟgious
restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary excellence and a proven track record in
a similar high-end environment.
 Should be proficient in menu creaƟon, meeƟng, training, and managing the kitchen staff.
 Should control the quality of food and Ɵmely delivery.
 Experience in Iranian Food/Bakery/grills and burgers as an advantage
 All Candidates must have at least 5 years experience.
 Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communicaƟon skills.
 A good package and visa will be provided to the right candidates.

*Key ResponsibiliƟes*:
- Develop innovaƟve and appealing menu items while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operaƟons, including staff supervision, inventory control, and maintaining
health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to meet restaurant goals and enhance customer saƟsfacƟon.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards.
- Control the kitchen wastage.

• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus aƩenƟon on Guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
EducaƟon and Experience
• Previous experience as Demi Chef de ParƟe preferred
• Previous experience in 5-star property or high-end restaurant
• Computer literate in MicrosoŌ Window applicaƟons.
• Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree with minimum 2 years cerƟficaƟon.
*Requirements*:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
- A culinary arts degree or relevant cerƟficaƟon is preferred.
