Architect/ detailer Opportunity in Bahrain:

We're seeking an Architect experienced in detailing, to join our team in Bahrain, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative designs and bringing them to life.

Responsibilities:
-Designing buildings to achieve unique and meticulously organized structures.
-Demonstrated familiarity with Bahrain's rules and regulations.
-Thorough review of contractor shop drawings and other submissions.
-Can Handle with Site Inspections.
-Extensive experience in large-scale projects, including the preparation of working detailed drawings, site layouts, plans, elevations, sections, fit outs and joinery details, especially Commercial projects Interior Sector details.
-Planning and refining design concepts.

Qualifications:
-Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (essential).
-Proficiency in Interior/Fit-out joinery details.
-Strong graphic and visual presentation skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
-Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
-Must be based in Bahrain.
-Must be responsible for own transportation, or commute to relocate.
