Restaurant Purchase Manager - Cost Control

Local hiring only - Minimum 3 years of experience in Bahrain's Food & Beverage industry (5+ years preferred)

Responsibilities:

Secure the best possible prices for food, beverages, and conduct ongoing market research to find the best prices.
Implement and oversee effective inventory control procedures.
Analyze cost data and identify areas for cost savings.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to all outlets

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant purchasing (experience in other fields is not applicable).
Proven success in implementing cost-control measures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (preferred).
