Position: Sales Executive - Lubricant Division
Location: Manama

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets for the lubricant division.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote lubricant products effectively.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant industry (though candidates without experience will be considered based on market knowledge and abilities).
Strong understanding of lubricant products and their applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
