Description

To provide administrative support and engage with the company agency forces.
To provide administrative support to daily office operations (eg. preparing Contract, Renewals contract, issuance of receipts).
To handle daily administrative duties such as customer registration, answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling appointments for agent’s customers and preparing the necessary documents for agency support.
To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
To engage and build a good relationship with agencies/corporate agencies forces.
To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with other departments regarding agency-related matters.
To assist in agency incentive and recognition programs implemented by the management.
To assist in planning, coordinating, and executing agency-related training and events.
To perform ad hoc tasks (maintenance and record keeping for agency-related matters) as assigned by the management.

Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor’ Degree in any related field.
Able to speak and write in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Words, etc)
