Description

We are looking for a supervisor for our Restaurant, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is also required. The candidate must be available in Bahrain can join immediately to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the staffs, training and developing team members.
Coordinate the entire operation of the Food, Beverage, and Shisha during the scheduled shift.
Supervising dining activity to ensure customer satisfaction always.
Review employee performance record and provide training to help improve their performance, when necessary
Must have good communication skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities.
Must be able to coordinate and organize different promotional activities simultaneously.
Should be able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Must have excellent leadership qualities.
Must be an excellent team player.
Should know the basics and essence of a good customer relationship.
