Job Title: Sales Associate In-Store For Department Store, Electronics & Communication Devices
About The Role: As a sales promoter you will be part of the associates team in the merchandising of products across the Kewalram stores and kiosks. This will be a paid opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the store teams in the daily activities of store management, up-keep, stock maintenance, visual merchandising display and customer support. Key product categories of focus will be watches, luggage, consumer electronics, perfumes and accessories.
Directly participate in the sales process from engaging with customers to advising on suitable products whilst guiding customers through the store. Build knowledge on key product and brand categories with the expectation to develop basic general knowledge across all categories in store.
Support in-store stock tracking and store upkeep. Liaise between the store, central warehouse and e-ecommerce team and head office in the stock transfer in-bound or out-bound, documentation and correct quantity maintenance.
Required Experience:
This role is open to candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business management or associated topics. School leavers are also welcome to apply.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Minimum 3 years prior work experience is required related to in-store sales. Experience in watches, electronics or communication products such as intercom, videophone and CCTV systems is an advantage.
Strong team player with a proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks. Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
