Description

In this dual role, Candidate will be responsible for supporting the executive team with administrative tasks while also managing digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts/videos/reels, blog articles, and email newsletters, to attract and engage target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence and achieve business objectives.
• Must have experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing & shooting, and new Ai design tools
Executive Assistance:
• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review and distribution.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences, both virtual and in-person.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
• Must have experience in O365 applications
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic & English languages are a must
