Description

Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm in Bahrain, is seeking two highly skilled and experienced Supervisors with CRPEP (Civil and Architectural Professional Engineers Practice) licenses to join our team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of Bahrain experience, possess extensive knowledge in construction works, and hold a valid CRPEP license, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any technical issues or challenges
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects within Bahrain
- Valid CRPEP license
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in using project management software and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
