Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm in Bahrain, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in construction sales to join our team. If you have a proven track record in driving sales, building client relationships, and a deep understanding of the construction industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
