Job Opportunity: Marketing Executive

Busco Contracting Company, a reputable construction firm in Bahrain, is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and experience in the construction industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Busco Contracting Company's services and brand
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts
- Coordinate with design agencies to develop marketing collaterals, such as brochures, banners, and presentations
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in the construction industry
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
- Proficient in using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
