We are currently seeking to appoint a Head Housekeeper, a pivotal role ensuring the smooth operation and immaculate presentation of the residence (Female only for cultural reasons).

As Head Housekeeper, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our household cleaning and maintenance operations. This position demands a high level of discretion, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. The role includes managing a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring all aspects of the house are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise and coordinate activities of the housekeeping team.
•Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
•Train and mentor housekeeping staff to meet and exceed expectations.
•Address any issues, deficiencies, or concerns within the house promptly.
•Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The candidate should also possess excellent organisational skills and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position with a TOP salary and benefits package, reflective of the experience and skills brought to the role. The residence is located in Riffa Bahrain and candidates should be living in private accommodation in staff quarters.
