Description:
engineering graduates with 3-5 years experience preferably in the gulf. Should have excellent exposure to fit-out works, site supervision, team building, and client handling. should be able to prepare project schedules in MS Projects . should be able to handle independently own workforce. subcontractors and meet the project deadline.
1-co-ordinate with the client in order to satisfy all technical backup required before and during execution.
2-to ensure that all sub-contractors are selected before time and formalities pertaining to their scope in fulfilled.
3-To compliment estimation setting out, production on permission of Ops.Manager.
4-To take quotations from contractors/suppliers when required.
5-To represent the company in official meetings.
6-To ensure that all projects are started off on the right note and all formalities regarding preliminaries are fulfilled.
7-To ensure all site works are fulfilled as per technical requirements.
8-To discuss any issues pertaining to site, mall, or client-related issues.
9-To CO-ordinate on requests outside Bahrain Jobs.
10-To Prepare work schedule on-site and ensure that job is completed as per schedule at all costs.
11-carry out any other jobs that management deems necessary in the interest of the company.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
* Bachelor of Technology graduate.
* B.E OR BS Engineering with 4 years course.
NOTES: WHO HAVE THE SAME QUALIFICATIONS MAY APPLY FOR THE SAME POST
