Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage project timelines, and provide on-site supervision to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project goals, requirements, and timelines to internal teams and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to provide supervision and ensure adherence to project plans
- Identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in project coordination or management within the construction or design industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project management software/tools is a plus
