Description

We are looking for an experienced sales executive in Aluminum extrusion field. Kindly read the description and share your CV if it suites you.

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in either Sales and Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or any related major.
- Five (5) Plus years’ hands-on experience in Sales within Aluminum Extrusion field.

Job Responsibilities:

- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive
understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Generates, leads and builds relationships and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or
potential sales clients.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage
the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with
potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Establish and/or enhance positive customer relationships.
- Work closely with support staff providing guidance regarding the customer order cycle process.
- Develop customer relationships to enhance customer retention and market share growth.
- Conduct sales activities in a manner consistent with the Company’s defined market strategy and
Company values, and compliant with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform forecasting, analyses, reports, inquiries and general intelligence efforts as required to
develop, maintain and utilize superior customer / market knowledge to enable implementation of
sound sales approaches and actions.
- Work effectively with the Sales, planning and plant operations teams to resolve customer account issues and challenges.
- Prepare and maintain updates, highlights, management reports, etc. as required.

Requirements, knowledge and skills:

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have knowledge of Aluminum Systems specification and application.
- Positive, collaborative, and open-minded attitude.
- Experienced in Sales within the Aluminum Extrusion Industry and architectural aluminum systems in
GCC and/or Middle East.

Preferred Candidate profile would be:

- Age group 30 – 50 years
- Any Arabic Nationality
- Good command in English language
- Employment and sponsorship in Bahrain, but will visit KSA and reside there for 3 continuous months in every visit.
- Ability to travel without limitations.
