Description

1. Greet the guest once they enter in outlet and explain the menu, promotions and products.
2. Maintain the highest food safety hygiene, personal hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.
4. Describe the ingredients and the cooking methods.
5. Take the customer orders and make smart suggestions
6. Monitor the Order delivery time and update your customer accordingly.
7. Follow the direction of supervisor and managers.
8. Ensure that condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to the packaged food items.
9. Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.
10. Follow the Cash procedures
11. Achieve set objectives and Targets.
12. Assist customer with special needs ie. Ladies, kids, customer with heavy bags etc.
13. Suggest ideas to improve business and service.
14. Contribute towards cost controls.
15. Handle customer complaints.
16. Keep up with the brand image at all times.
17. Assist your line manager for stock/ inventory checking.
