Job description :

? Review tender and contract drawings as per project requirements.

? Experience in design and value engineering, HVAC Systems, Firefighting

? Familiar with all the inspection procedures related to HVAC Systems and Plumbing.

? Arrange testing and commissioning reports for mechanical equipment.

? Identify and communicate changes to main contractor/client for variations.

? Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors.

? Conduct site inspections and liaise with relevant authorities for approvals.

? Submit shop drawings and material approval certificates for approval.

? Develop project plans for materials and manpower allocation.

? Manage daily manpower allocation and monitor site works.

? Conduct job cost analysis and prepare valuations and variations.

? Communicate with suppliers for technical data, costing, and material quality.

? Ensure project completion as per schedule and prepare handing-over documents.
