Description

Responsibilities
* Reads and understands orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.
* Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
* Implementation of CAD functionality and application
* Works closely with other Designer/Drafters and Engineers to ensure a coordinated design.
* Produce design that meets the requirements and targets.
* Makes required changes, additions, and/or revisions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
* Coordinate with production staff to ensure engineered projects are manufactured properly and ready for installation.
Qualifications
* Both males and females are encouraged to apply
* Experience in Low Current Systems
* BS Degree in engineering, computer science, EECs or engineering or equivalent experience.
* (2-3) years' Experience with CAD related software and systems, including MicroStation, and AutoCAD.
* Knowledge of CAD systems and materials science.
* Spatial imagination and methodical understanding.
