Description

We are urgently hiring for the following positions for our Dental Center.

1. Office Admin / Manager
2. Accountant

WALK IN INTERVIEW ON 16/04/2024 from 10am to 11.30 am.
Location: G E M S Dental Center, Zinj.

Organizational skills
Business Appearance etiquette

Requirements;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge in software such as Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Zoom etc
Must have experience of 2-3 years in their respective fields.


Accountant

Responsibilities:-

Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
Reconcile bank statements, card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the management.
Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.
Provide support during audits.
